These are very nice but the remote didn’t work from very far away, had to be right next to it to turn on or off. I put these outside so I thought I could turn them on or off from inside my house. Just ended up using the timer which is a great feature.

The first product I received did not work properly and I reached out to seller. The reply back was like 2 hrs later! They were very gracious and said they would send me a new set and not to return the defective one. The return was complicated by the fact I was moving and changing addresses, but they were diligent in checking to see I had gotten my package. Amazon was late getting it shipped and they contacted them on my behalf and made sure the pkg arrived. Just blown away by the level of customer service, and the lights are way better than pictured, Plan to order more sets. Great company, great product, highly recommend!

I recently reviewed this item and gave it only one star for the simple fact that although they are very cool on our outdoor tree, the battery life was only lasting about a week on each as we were replacing them batteries all the time. I have been in contact with the company about this and they graciously refunded my my full amount. So, even though their product did not work for me, I would be willing to try them again to see if I just got a batch that got missed in quality control

I bought this item to insert in a watering can. The lights do work, they are very bright, but they do their own thing. There was a problem with the remote. The company has issued a gift card to cover the cost to replace the lights. I will be ordering another set.

I bought 8 of these lights. Within 6 weeks they have all stopped working. Waste of money and time as they are not easy to untangle.

My only complaint was the remote control didn’t seem to work well at all. Had no instructions so could not figure out the timer and had to replace batteries several times bc they were wearing out Otherwise lights looked great.
